GreenCarCongress is reporting on an agreement between GM Europe and Iberdrola Spain on a plan to produce a feasibility study on real cost of a plug in world.

Let's hope it's favorable; similar studies have concluded that there will need to be a significant investment in power generation infrastructure to meet demand. Let's hope that it won't be an "I told you BEV's are unfeasible, that's why we crushed all of the EV1's" - not that I'm a sceptic.
